Guidance
What is Career Guidance
Career counselling is a professional process that helps you understand yourself, explore your options and make informed decisions about your future. It's not about telling you what to become. It's structured guidance, objective information and professional support that helps you decide with confidence, at whatever stage you're at.

Problems
Problems We Solve
Uncertainty about big decisions creates real anxiety. We help you get clarity on your strengths, interests and values, so choices feel informed rather than like guesswork, and that confidence carries into every decision after this one.
For Students
Wanting to help but not knowing how is one of the hardest parts of being a parent during this time. We give your child structured, professional support, so that you don’t have to carrying that pressure alone or guessing what is right for their career journey
For Parents

Our Offering
Offering
An offering
for everyone
At the start of Grade 12 (or at the end of Grade 11), we connect with the parents and student again to start the discussion around what careers they have in mind. We revisit the assessments and have coaching sessions with the student in order to provide them with support and insight into the selection of a degree and their institution options. This is also the time that we explore what degrees require (i.e. articles after completing degrees, an internship and Vac Programmes
and work).
We enjoy remaining in touch with the students once they have embarked on their degree, and we reconnect with the student in the third year of their degree in order to provide them with guidance to prepare for interviews, draft their CV and to give consideration to applications for internships, articles etc.
Although parents may choose to focus only on subject choice, we also offer broader support for families who would value a longer-term career guidance journey. We believe that subject choice in Grade 9 is an important starting point, but not the full journey. The milestones that students navigate can feel significant, and our role is to provide steady guidance and support as they move towards future study and career decisions. Once the student has completed the subject choice process, the broader career journey can continue as outlined below:
